They manifest themselves through hard work and passion;  how often do you practice your talents? how happy are you of your talent? do you have good intentions in using your talent? this is what a good creative minded person should know before employing what ever that is in the mind into reality. My passion for creativity stated with the mindset  of knowing how to design. i had so much help from a friend, Teye Obed (Toby) He, as a friend and also my boss, he would do the design and make me do the same for him to supervise. after sometime he got to know creativity lives in me so he encouraged me to begin the life of a grate mind. and today i live on his encouragement to my achievements. That is why hard work always pays.

Not so long ago, we were just students, struggling to pass our final exams and go back to our various societies, but with the aim of building a better future with young minds, we bring forth societal problems and fine solutions that will be beneficial to everyone. Though sometimes working with people may become stressing and tiring since not all your ideas are adhered to but with those critics and praise you form a massive blow in the outcome of your project.

At a recent dinner party with a number of scientists, we agreed that researchers can suffer from tunnel vision and often lack the ability to think out of the box. But then again; how can you be a researcher if you are not creative? More fun at work After working as a researcher for many years I came to the conclusion that I wish I´d had more fun at work. While this may sound self-indulgent, it is actually practical. You will be able to do basic science and do it well without putting much creative thinking into it
